Hi, my name is Wynonna.  I figured I would include this section for anyone who wanted to know a little bit about me.

I’m a wife and I hope to be a mom in the near future that lives in Georgia, USA.  I have a B.S. in Construction Management and am currently working as a Project Engineer.  I have always been extremely interested in money management and have been reading and teaching myself personal finance since 2017. 

I wanted to start this project of mine because there are so many people that have never taken the time to learn about money and finances, which I get.  It can be really overwhelming.  I just want to help as many people as I can so they can live comfortably and get to where they want to go.  It brings me fulfilment to help other people.  That’s why I started the financial coaching. 

 I also started the small business consultation, product photography, and website design because my mom started an Etsy shop.  It’s called Walt’s Warm Works.  She enjoys it and needed something other than work to focus on, but she was having trouble getting many sales.  So for her birthday, I offered to teach her about SEO and took her product photos for her.  We talked about strategies and increasing product options.  It’s only been a year, but her sales have increased by 126% since the beginning of our changes last year.  In January of last year, she had only sold 3 orders and this year she’s sold 8.  Plus her conversion rate before my help was 1.6% and now it’s 3.2% (between 1-3% is considered solid).  She’s getting more views and I’m really happy for her.  I figured if I could help her out, then I could try to help anyone else out too. 

Since I will ask about your finances, I figure having mine out in the open is fair.  I make $52,000 base pay before taxes plus time and a half for overtime, which is usually about 8 hours a week (~$15,600 a year).  I also help manage my husband’s rental property that brings in $1,200 a month.  We have a $1,500 mortgage, so we are effective paying $300 in “rent.”  (This method is called house hacking in case you want to look into it.)  My husband is currently working on a house flipping business, so we are currently a single-income family.  With all this in mind, we make about $82,000 a year.  I have $5,500 in student debt that we can pay off, but we get more return in keeping our money in the stock market right now.  Other than that, we are debt free.  We also have a fully funded 6-month emergency fund, and just got back from a month long trip to Japan that we saved up for.  I want everyone else to be able to do what they want to!
